Join University Home Care Inc as a Homecare Registered Nurse, providing exceptional in-home nursing care to patients in Bingham Farms, MI, and the surrounding areas. This role offers a competitive compensation of $65.00 to $100.00 per visit, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, treatments, and education.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Ensure patient safety and promote a supportive, caring environment.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in homecare or community health.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in Bingham Farms and surrounding areas.
