Key Responsibilities:

- Safely lead crew, operate and maintain a variety of landscape and construction equipment, including excavators, loaders, and other machinery

- hardscape installations, including planting, paving, and other construction tasks

- Lead the team in preparing and maintaining job sites to ensure smooth workflow

- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

- Help with general labor tasks as needed, including loading, unloading, and site cleanup

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience operating landscape or construction equipment

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual

- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Knowledge of safety procedures related to equipment operation and outdoor construction

- Willingness to learn and take pride in craftsmanship

Candidates should have at least one year of landscape or construction experience and be able to safely operate industry tools and equipment. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, work independently or as part of a team, and has knowledge of landscape and construction materials and methods. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day, as well as a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
