Position Summary:
This position will be primarily based in the field and will support several communities. Under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing, and working along with the community sales leasing consultants, the Mobile Leasing Consultant will help to improve sales activities including: The overall sales process from receptionist’s greeting to closing; Utilization of the Aline contact software to support the sales process and generate reports; Track sales in relation to goals; The preparation and distribution of sales materials including the weekly performance, Community activity including the number of move-ins/outs, etc.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supplement community staff with leasing assistance and /or projects designated by the Executive Director, Operations Specialist and/or Director of Sales and Marketing. This position will also support sales efforts with existing leasing/administrative staff through census and/or from Aline reports.
- Preparing for and attending conferences, meetings, and other local promotional opportunities.
- Represent and build relationships in the greater community to create brand awareness and lead generation for the various communities
- Participating in the development of sales goals and objectives for the community and recommending methods and procedures to increase occupancy levels.
- Serving as liaison for the Sales/Marketing Department to increase communication with community staff.
- Maintaining and monitoring records and reports.
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Assists Executive Directors, Operations Specialist, and Director of Sales and Marketing in any other related tasks.
- Attend and participate in all appropriate meetings and training opportunities in order to keep informed on current information and skill development.
- Meet/exceed established performance goals. Additional performance requirements may be communicated.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. In the event that the Leasing Consultant is covering for the ED, they may be responsible for responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; labor management, scheduling, planning, assigning and directing work; receiving calls and finding replacements for absent staff; preparing performance evaluations; receiving and resolving employee complaints; monitoring and correcting job performance of employees; and disciplining employees up to and including discharge. When at all possible, employment decisions should include additional approval from the ED or CEO.
Requirements:Required/Desired Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Associate's degree in marketing, public relations, communications preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing, and reliable transportation.
- Marketing, public relations, sales or admission experience preferred.
- 3-5 years leasing experience required, senior housing experience preferred.

- Ability to work evenings if requested or by appointment to maintain expected occupancy. May require flexible schedule to ensure presence at optimum leasing times (spring/summer) including weekend hours.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Other Special Requirements:
- Tolerate potential exposure to blood, body tissues, and fluids with occasional exposure to hazardous materials and infectious diseases.
- Manual dexterity required to operate modern office equipment.
- Ability to travel normally 25% of the time.
