Van Driver – Flexible Hours | $16/hr
Pay: $16.00/hour
Hours: 15–30 per week (varies)
Schedule: Must be flexible – days, nights, weekends, overtime
You’ll be driving a 15-passenger van transporting our employees to and from work. Sounds simple—but this job is more than just driving.
What the Job Is REALLY Like- You’ll be driving 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Overtime runs happen regularly (including nights and weekends)
- Schedules can change last minute
- You’ll be working with a wide range of personalities and life situations
- Some days are smooth—some are not
This job requires patience, reliability, and thick skin
Responsibilities- Drive employees safely to and from job sites
- Be on time—our employees depend on you to get to work
- Handle schedule changes and extra runs when needed
- Keep accurate logs (phone app + paper logs)
- Communicate with team and passengers
- Stay calm and professional, even in difficult situations
- Valid Driver’s License (no CDL required)
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van
- Able to work flexible hours (including nights & weekends)
- Basic tech skills (using apps, tracking time/logs)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable—this is not a “call off a lot” type of job
- Don’t get easily frustrated
- Can handle tough conversations or attitudes without taking it personally
- Like being on the move instead of sitting at a desk
- Want a job where you’re actually helping people get back on their feet
- You need a fixed schedule
- You don’t like last-minute changes
- You’re not comfortable working with high-barrier populations
- You struggle with accountability or being on time
