About the Role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at CBRE, you'll turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and client reporting. You'll manage data mining, performance analysis, and dashboard development using tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, and Vantage. This role is part of the Data Science & Analytics team, passionate about improving business efficiency and forecasting outcomes through data-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

Generate and review reports using aggregate data from various sources to assist in crafting a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation.

Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to advanced requests from management and vendors.

Understand and work with sophisticated scenario planning tools and models. Investigate new trends in general business conditions.

Find opportunities for large improvements among the clients and company.

Act as domain expert for key systems and processes and day-to-day functions.

Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.

Have a broad knowledge of own job field and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet target dates.

Explain sophisticated information to others in straightforward situations.

Work with personnel to facilitate successful project and process implementations.

Review the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics, taking action where vital to ensure quality and process alignment.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including SharePoint Online and PowerAutomate.

Experience designing and building dashboards in Tableau preferred.

Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

  • CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
