We are a leading automotive dealership in Davison, MI, and we're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.

Job Description:

As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, creating a positive and welcoming experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our call center.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Take accurate and detailed messages and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and organize the desk area, ensuring a clean and presentable environment.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry and filing.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets using Microsoft 365.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• Must have open availability Monday - Saturday (Sundays off)
