Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct assembly teams to ensure efficient production.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure daily output targets are met.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly personnel for skill development and performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, enforcing safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Optimize assembly processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control methodologies, and manufacturing best practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving production, equipment, and personnel issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team interaction, training, and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or other relevant languages.
• Technical certifications in automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance.
