Work Arrangement :

Hybrid : This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum.

The Team:

General Motors is hiring for a Sales Operations Intern for Summer 2026! Working for General Motors means leading the way for world-class vehicles and technology. We are seeking interns for our Global Commercial Operations organization!

What You’ll Do:

The internship is a 12-week, project-based program intended to create long term value for the company. Upon completion of the internship, the student will present their work and project findings to an executive leadership team.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

· Collaborate with Global Commercial Operations members to effectively collect and examine current data

· Identify key drivers of sales operations effectiveness

· Support Global Commercial Operations departments in current requirements and project outcomes

Required Qualifications:   

· Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Business, Sales, Logistics, or Marketing degree

· Must be graduating between December 2026 - May 2028

· Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week

Start dates for this internship roles are May and June 2026

Compensation:

· The salary for this role is $5,300 monthly.

· GM will provide a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to eligible students selected for the 2025 Student Program.
