We are seeking an experienced Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Supervisor to join our growing restoration team. This role is for a true leadersomeone with hands-on technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate understands not only what needs to be done, but why and can adapt quickly when conditions, scope, or timelines change in the field. What We Offer
- Base pay starting at $25/hr+ , based on experience
- Company vehicle for travel between the shop and job sites (may take home with overtime)

- Employer-paid continuing education and certifications
- Overtime opportunities
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within restoration
- IICRC Certification (active or inactive accepted)
- Ability to physically perform mitigation and remediation work
- Set up, maintain, and monitor drying equipment per IICRC standards
- Familiarity with DASH, Xactimate, DRYtrack , or similar platforms
- Strong job documentation and reporting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail in scope execution
- Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor technicians in real time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong accountability and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
