Salary Range: $135,000 - $186,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and implement strategic production plans, budgets, and forecasts to optimize plant efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage the plant's operational budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and sales to support overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably at a Plant Manager level.
• Strong operational management expertise, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of developing high-performing teams and fostering a positive plant culture.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations, quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP), and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• MBA or advanced degree in an engineering or business discipline.
• Experience with new plant startups, major expansions, or significant capital projects.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the operational footprint or supply chain.
