APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Benton Harbor, MI looking to add a Recruiter to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be a blend of recruitment, client management and onsite support. Keep reading for more details!

What your day will look like:

• Full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for client openings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand workforce needs.
• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring top-level service, quick response times, and successful placements.
• Conduct regular onsite visits to client facilities to strengthen partnerships, address staffing needs, and support workforce engagement.
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process through start date and onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics, placement activity, and client satisfaction to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal team members to share market insights and best practices.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, account management, or staffing.
• Onsite management experience within a staffing or high-volume recruiting environment preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance client service with recruiting efficiency.
• Knowledge of the local Western Michigan labor market is a plus
