Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious team.
• Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and implement robust quality control procedures.
• Monitor and manage production budgets, raw material inventory, and resource allocation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, motivate, and develop production teams.
• Proficiency with production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience in new product introduction (NPI) processes.
