Shifts

• Current Openings: First Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and Second Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
• Future Schedule: Transitioning within approximately six months to a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with First and Third Shift options available

A Day in the Life

You start your shift reviewing the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for priority work orders. A packaging line shows alarms—you respond quickly, isolate the fault, and get the line producing again. Between calls, you complete scheduled PMs, capturing notes and parts usage in the CMMS and flagging improvement ideas for the next kaizen. An equipment upgrade kicks off after lunch; you help with installation, aligning shafts, verifying pneumatics, and checking basic electrical connections. Before clocking out, you huddle with Production, Engineering, and Quality to discuss performance trends and safety observations, then leave your area clean and organized for the next team.

What You’ll Work On

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to maximize uptime
• Respond rapidly to equipment issues and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Execute preventive maintenance and recommend reliability improvements
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
• Document repairs, PMs, and work orders in the CMMS
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to enhance performance
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work area

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training/certifications/coursework preferred
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Background working with industrial machinery and production equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
