You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, organizing our filing systems, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving into new challenges. Compensation:
$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
- Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
- Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
- Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive
- 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
