1st Shift position 6am-430pm Monday-Friday, $20.00/hr. Experience is required.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a brake press to bend, shape, and form sheet metal components according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate brake press machines to fabricate metal components.
Interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings to determine job specifications and machine settings.
Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures.
Perform machine adjustments and change tooling as needed for different production runs.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output.
Inspect parts for quality assurance and report any defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company housekeeping standards.
Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job status and production issues.
