Position Overview

The Chiropractic Assistant plays a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience. This position involves both front desk and patient care responsibilities, helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently each day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to messages
• Assist with patient flow and therapy setup
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Handle payments and insurance verification
• Keep treatment areas clean and organized
• Support the doctor and team with daily office operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and care plans
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Previous chiropractic, medical, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Schedule

• Full-time / Part-time available
• Monday–Thursday
• Some evenings may be required
• No weekends

• Based on experience
• Hourly pay + performance bonuses
