Key Responsibilities

• - Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• - Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing associates.
• - Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet targets.
• - Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
• - Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, and guide a team of manufacturing personnel.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced production setting.
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles.

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• - Certification in relevant manufacturing technologies or safety protocols (e.g., OSHA 30)
