Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping to identify waste and optimize production flow.
• Implement 5S principles and visual management systems across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and standardize work procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks and areas for process optimization.
• Train and mentor production teams on Lean methodologies and tools.
• Drive waste reduction efforts (Muda) through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Lean methodologies in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in core Lean tools and principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects and facilitating cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated experience in change management and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
