Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Oversee the timely repair and maintenance of all production machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Manage the departmental budget, optimizing spend on parts, labor, and external services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are readily available, minimizing downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and lead a skilled maintenance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced CMMS functionalities (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) or ERP integration.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
• Proven experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
