Quality & Nurse Manager

The Quality and Nurse Manager position is newly created to oversee our Care Management and Population Health Quality departments. As a Registered Nurse this position works closely with our providers and is a resource to ensure our high standards of quality care. The Quality and Nurse Manager is a part of the administrative team responsible for overall operations of WFPC.

As Quality and Nurse Manager you will:

• Be responsible for care management and population health department operations, including staff hiring and supervision.
• Serve as lead RN Care Manager, providing services and training as needed.
• Be an active member of the management leadership team.
• Be responsible for efficient and effective integration of care management and quality department activity into WFPC practice workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor of Science Nursing with State of Michigan license
• Experience in care management/case management
• Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience managing staff in a primary care practice
• Experience with EMR/computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH)
