Vice President of Sales & Marketing
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead enterprise growth strategy for senior living communities in Southfield, MI. This executive role focuses on driving occupancy performance, strengthening brand presence, and supporting revenue expansion across multiple villages in Southfield, Michigan.
The ideal candidate will design data-driven marketing programs, manage CRM pipeline performance, and collaborate with operations and leadership teams to improve resident acquisition and retention outcomes in Southfield, MI.
This opportunity is suited for experienced Directors preparing to move into a Vice President role or established Vice Presidents with a strong background in senior living, healthcare, or aging services sales and marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide revenue, occupancy, and branding strategies across Southfield, MI communities.
- Set performance targets supporting census growth, move-in optimization, and long-term market positioning.
- Serve as an organizational representative in external partnerships and community engagement activities.
Market Growth & Competitive Intelligence
- Identify emerging resident markets and evaluate expansion opportunities in Southfield, MI.
- Conduct market research and financial feasibility analysis for new marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing, Branding & Advertising
- Lead integrated multi-channel campaigns including digital, print, and community outreach programs.
- Strengthen brand recognition through innovative marketing strategies targeting senior populations in Southfield.
Sales Analytics & CRM Performance Management
- Monitor pipeline metrics, forecasting data, and conversion performance using CRM systems.
- Prepare executive reports supporting strategic planning and operational improvement.
Team Leadership & Budget Oversight
- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales and marketing staff supporting Southfield operations.
- Manage enterprise marketing and sales budgets with focus on ROI performance.
Executive Collaboration & Compliance Governance
- Partner with operations, IT, and facilities leadership to enhance resident experience.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior-level sales or marketing leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or aging services.
- Proven experience in Director or Vice President-level commercial strategy roles.
- Strong CRM, forecasting, and marketing analytics expertise.
- Financial planning, budgeting, and ROI evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
