Brad Smith State Farm Agency, located in Bloomfield Hills, has an immediate opening for a full-time, Licensed Insurance Office Manager. As Office Manager you will support our agency to achieve its goals. You will empower our team by implementing and directing office policies and consistently ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

1. Must have active Property Casualty & Life/Health insurance licenses.

2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.

- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.

- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
