Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues and non-conformances.
• Support the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing (NPI).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions, process specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, improve throughput, and reduce scrap.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process improvement and optimization
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture design and process layout
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with automation, robotics, and manufacturing equipment integration

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) or industrial robot programming
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integration
• Advanced data analysis and visualization skills (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing processes and design for additive manufacturing
