CND Instructor - Remote | WFH

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Network Instructor to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to teach CND classes during weeknights and weekends, helping students build essential skills to advance in the IT field. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging technical training both in-person and remotely, using adult learning principles to ensure that content is both accessible and relevant to the students.
Foster a positive, interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and knowledge retention.
Teach CND concepts, ensuring learners gain a solid understanding of the material and develop practical skills applicable in the field.
Prepare and organize lesson plans, materials, and resources to support the course curriculum.
Provide ongoing support and feedback to students, helping them succeed in their coursework and prepare for certification.

Required Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex topics in an engaging and understandable manner.
Certification in CND (Computer Network Defense) and a proven track record of hands-on experience in the field (at least 8 years).
Familiarity with adult learning principles, ensuring that instruction is learner-focused and engaging.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic teaching environment.
A passion for teaching, with a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction and supporting students in achieving their educational goals.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

A bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
Prior teaching experience is a plus but not required.
