We are seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to join a fast-growing company in the Great Lakes Area in Michigan.

The ideal candidate is a highly team-oriented professional who will lead the organization through the step of expansion. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for fostering an atmosphere of growth, understanding, and collaboration.
The CSO time will be spent on a mix of financial, operational, and growth initiatives, with 25 percent of your week looking to the past, 50 percent of your time on the present, and 25 on the future.
Collaborate with other leadership team members
Responsible for the creation and execution of the future strategic plan of the organization with a pathway to attain its long-term vision.
Key Results Area is a strategic area or goal the Chief Strategy Officer needs to achieve. Among these goals include maintaining a healthy relationship with the CEO and leadership team, and the organization has a clear and strategic plan that coincides with the vision of the CEO.
There are multiple Key Performance Indicators including meeting with the CEO monthly, and walking alongside operations, finance, analytics, administrative, and other departments to process the organizations strategic initiatives forward.
