SR. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our Electrical Department. This role involves providing technical leadership, overseeing the design and documentation of building electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Electrical Department, providing technical guidance and mentorship to staff.

Oversee the analysis, design, and documentation of building electrical systems, including:

Power distribution

Lighting systems

Fire alarm and life safety systems

Technical Expertise:

Electrical power and distribution systems

Lighting and lighting control systems

Fire alarm and life safety systems

Security and communication systems

Short circuit and voltage drop analysis

Field inspections and construction support

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

LEED Accreditation preferred

Proficiency in industry-standard software including:

Revit

EasyPower

SKM Power Tools

AutoCAD and other Autodesk programs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

PE license highly preferred, if they don't have a PE license, an FE or SE license is ok too. If they don't have a license, their experience needs to make up for it..such as 15-20+ years of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
