This active, hands-on Landscape Maintenance Crew Member role is dedicated to transforming and maintaining commercial and residential outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes. Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Execute daily grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal for both commercial and residential properties.
• Maintain landscape enhancements such as trees, shrubs, mulch, and seasonal annual color arrangements.
• Operate a variety of commercial landscaping equipment, mowers, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support seasonal property transitions, which includes dedicated snow and ice management during the winter months.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members and on-site facility management to fulfill expedient service requests.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in professional landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related outdoor labor role is highly preferred.
• Ability to properly and safely operate machinery, power tools, and standard commercial landscaping equipment.
• Highly reliable, and ready to start the workday promptly at 7:00 AM.
• Excellent attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality, elegant results.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred.
