As a **Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol** in **Warren, MI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, responding promptly to situations as they arise, and delivering outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
+ Observe and report any unusual conditions or incidents encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
+ Support emergency response activities by following established protocols specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of patrols, incidents, and/or any site-specific occurrences.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
