This opportunity is for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support within a K-12 school environment in Sterling Heights, MI. The position involves working closely with three students, delivering focused therapy to enhance their educational experience and functional skills. This is a contract role spanning the school year, offering up to 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of assigned students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students participation and progress in the school setting.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy interventions as needed.
• Create adaptive strategies and remend acmodations that enhance student engagement and learning.
• Maintain pliance with educational and therapeutic guidelines and regulations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based practice.
• Proven ability to work effectively with school-aged children across K-12.
• Strong munication and teamwork skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with educational assessments and individualized education programs (IEPs).
