About the Position
This role delivers integrated pre- and post-operative critical care, applying the nursing process with clinical expertise and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years of SICU Experience - Required
- Open Heart Trained - Required
- BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA)- Required
- Travel Experience - Highly Preferred
- Epic Experience - Preferred
