Position Overview
The HVAC Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing installation, service, and repair projects while providing mentorship and guidance to a team of technicians. This individual will ensure work is performed to the highest industry standards, deliver outstanding customer service, and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, train, and support HVAC technicians on service calls and installation projects.

· Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems.

· Oversee and ensure proper installation and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

· Maintain compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company quality standards.

· Collaborate with management on scheduling, project planning, and resource allocation.

· Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations.

· Document all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and follow-up needs.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of progressive HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred.

· Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installation practices.

· Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

· Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
