Novares is seeking a talented and innovative Human Resources Manager to join our Grand Rapids team. In this strategic role, you will lead the site’s Human Resources function and offer expertise in the areas of talent management, recruiting and retention, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, coaching/development, change management and employee relations. Novares is looking for its Human Resources department his/her future HR Manager (M/F), located in GRAND RAPIDS GR-PL. As the Human Resource Manager for Novares, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives throughout the facility.
- Partner with our operations team to develop strategies and actions plans to drive improvement of HR/People metrics.
- Champion talent management initiatives by leading the performance management process, talent acquisition, and talent development for exempt & non-exempt levels for operations employees
- Analyzes trends and metrics on turnover, tenure, development, engagement survey data and other relevant and important information to develop solutions, programs and policies required to attract, align, develop and retain talent
- Proactively consults with function leaders, providing advice on execution of HR processes, support on talent development, team member performance, re-organizations and terminations.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and focusing on improvement of tools, digitization, and process controls to increase overall efficiency of the HR function.
- Manage employee relations issues, build engagement, and resolve employee concerns effectively.
- Leverage our values, key culture concepts, and guiding behaviors, to drive accountability and employee engagement.
