Position Overview: We are looking for a driven, competitive, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Norton Shores and surrounding markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who wants to control their income and grow with a stable, locally respected company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through prospecting and relationship building
- Grow and maintain existing customer accounts
- Conduct in-person visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Work closely with inside sales and operations to ensure exceptional service
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred (industrial, construction, or fastener industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
