Administrative Assistant (Mortgage) 18hr

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the mortgage department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with document preparation, such as gathering and organizing mortgage-related paperwork
- Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in the mortgage department
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes is a plus
