AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced Home Health and Hospice Clinical Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Lansing, with our Troy office location being your Parent Agency. Must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License. The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, outgoing and efficient with their charting and review of documents.
Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p mostly in office, but the need for assistance with occasional staffing cases will be required if needed. Supervisory visits with clients and field staff will also be done by the Clinical Supervisor/Manager routinely.

Job Description for Clinical Supervisor/Manager
- Case Opening Assessments
- Care Plans
- Medication set up and reconciliation
- Wound care visits
- Supervisory and nursing visits
- Delegation to staff, as needed
- Oversee staff - nurses, chaplain, aides, etc.
- Timely paperwork completion that meets DOH Compliance Standards
- Must be willing to travel within our main coverage area
- Positive team player who will also advocate for our clients and their needs
Requirements
- Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
- 2-3 years of Hospice Experience Preferred
- Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen (Including THC)
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
- Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management
- Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
