Sales Coordinator - Senior Living Communities (Base + Commission)

Are you a natural connector who thrives on helping others and making an impact? At Jaybird Senior Living , we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our community team and lead the charge in welcoming new residents with compassion, professionalism, and energy.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the driving force behind new move-ins , turning inquiries into tours and tours into residents.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with families, prospects, and referral sources.
• Follow up with urgency—responding to inquiries within 30 minutes via phone, text, and email.
• Track all outreach and interactions in our CRM system to ensure no detail is missed.
• Maintain a clean, inviting, tour-ready community atmosphere daily.
• Partner with your team on marketing events, community outreach, and business development.

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in senior living, housing, or hospitality sales
• A passion for serving older adults and helping families make life-changing decisions
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Confidence in using CRM tools and closing the sale
