Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and audits to ensure material compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and reduce defects.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality policies.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems; IATF 16949 or AS9100 experience is a plus.
• Proven expertise in quality tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred), SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality assurance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles and tools
• Direct experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0 concepts)
