Customer Success Specialist – Join the BathWorks Team!

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 - 6:30 PM
Location: On-site, Byron Center, MI
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour

BathWorks of Michigan is growing fast, and we're looking for a Customer Communications Specialist to be the friendly, reliable voice for our customers. In this role, you'll guide homeowners from contract signing to installation, making sure they always feel supported, informed, and confident.

• Speak with customers daily — answering questions, providing updates, and handling concerns with professionalism
• Keep projects on track by coordinating schedules and timelines
• Work closely with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth communication
• Stay organized by maintaining accurate notes and project details

• Outgoing, people-first personality with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
• Detail-oriented and organized — able to manage multiple customer projects at once
• A team player who enjoys collaborating to deliver a great customer experience

• Pay starting at $20/hour
• Full-time, consistent schedule (Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 - 6:30 PM)
