Senior Accountant – Oakpoint Dental Support Organization
Location: Remote Hybrid, 2 days/week in our Royal Oak, Michigan office, with travel opportunities to NC/SC

Your Impact:
- Own Critical Financial Processes : Lead month-end close, GL management, and variance analysis while collaborating directly with practice leaders to ensure financial accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions : Transform raw data into actionable insights using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros) and ERP systems like Sage Intacct. Build dashboards that empower leadership to forecast, budget, and scale.
- Shape Financial Strategy : Partner with the Controller, CFO, and CEO on annual budgets, audits, and growth initiatives. Your analysis will guide decisions for a fast-scaling organization.
- Champion Compliance & Innovation : Ensure adherence to healthcare financial standards while optimizing processes for a multi-location, high-growth environment.
Who We’re Seeking:
- Experience : 3-4 years in public accounting, consulting, or industry (small/mid-market healthcare or multi-site organizations preferred).
- Skills : Mastery of GL accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. ERP proficiency (Sage Intacct experience required).
- Mindset : Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, solves problems analytically, and communicates complex ideas with clarity.
- Bonus : CPA/CMA candidates, healthcare/dental industry experience, or startup/scaling exposure.
