Production Associate Details: ~ Temp-to-Hire position ~$17.50 / hour ~ Full Time work available ~ Weekend work required ~ First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm ) As a Production Associate, you will be tasked in the final assembly of small to medium sized tractors and or small off-road vehicles depending on which department you are in. You are assigned to a assembly cell where you will putting your mechanical skills to the test using hand and power tools to complete the final assemblies following customer specifications. Assemble parts with hand tools and  power tools  Conduct quality control checks, Maintain inventory checks, oversee and gather parts Resolve assembly problems by changing dimensions to meet specifications Document actions by filling out product and quality forms Production Associate Qualifications: Mechanically inclined Follow Blueprints and Customer Specs Previous hands on mechanical and assembly experience preferred Lifting up to 50lbs High school diploma or GED Open to overtime as needed Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
