Lawn Crew Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew in performing lawn care and landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties
- Operate and maintain all types of lawn equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and detail
- Plan, organize, and manage daily tasks to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and CDC guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Take ownership of team performance and project outcomes
- Adapt to changing priorities and work independently as needed
- Provide support for commercial snow and ice management during winter months
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial lawn and landscape work
- At least 1 year of experience leading a crew
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid chauffeur's license with DOT medical card
- Proficient in operating all types of lawn equipment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with a solutions-based approach to problem solving
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and potential holidays as needed
- Adaptable to working under pressure and changing priorities
- Ability to pass a background check
