Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew in performing lawn care and landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties
• Operate and maintain all types of lawn equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and detail
• Plan, organize, and manage daily tasks to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and CDC guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Take ownership of team performance and project outcomes
• Adapt to changing priorities and work independently as needed
• Provide support for commercial snow and ice management during winter months

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial lawn and landscape work
• At least 1 year of experience leading a crew
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid chauffeur's license with DOT medical card
• Proficient in operating all types of lawn equipment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive with a solutions-based approach to problem solving
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and potential holidays as needed
• Adaptable to working under pressure and changing priorities
• Ability to pass a background check
