Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our cardboard manufacturing team. This role supports daily production operations, assists machine operators, and helps maintain a safe, efficient work environment. No prior cardboard experience required—training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with production and manufacturing of cardboard and corrugated products
• Load and unload materials, sheets, and finished products
• Stack, band, palletize, and wrap finished cardboard products
• Support machine operators with material staging and cleanup
• Inspect products for visible defects and report quality issues
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform general labor and housekeeping tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on feet for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Multiple shifts may be available
• Overtime available
