What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct care and support to residents in a licensed adult foster care home.
• Monitor residents’ safety, well-being, and daily progress.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, activities, and daily routines.
• Document accurately: complete reports, logs, and communicate with supervisors/team.
• Collaborate with staff, shift leads, and management to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Be reliable: show up on time, communicate proactively, and respond to team needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Valid Michigan driver’s license (clean record preferred).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass a background check and health screening.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in Michigan.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (especially afternoons) and occasional weekends.

Nice to Have (but we’ll train you):

• High school diploma/GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• Previous experience in care, support work or documentation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
