Sales Specialist - Luxury Services
Join our remarkable client-centered criminal defense firm in Bloomfield Hills. We are value-driven to provide zealous advocacy with a holistic approach to helping clients at the heart of everything we do. We are currently seeking an exceptional Sales Specialist—an experienced, non-attorney sales professional—who can captivate and convert prospective clients. The Sales Specialist role will involve consultations with scheduled leads via phone, In-Person, and Zoom. But don't worry, there's absolutely no cold calling involved. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales. Our potential clients are usually in situations that they never even imagined. Selling professional legal services at our top-tier law firm gives them peace of mind that they are getting attention, assistance, and professionalism, coupled with integrity. Applicants must be very comfortable on the phone and asking questions to prospective clients when they are not in their best place. We are problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity where clients need our firm to solve their personal problems that are fueled by their legal situations. Our prospective clients need us and usually hire us based on the trust built into the initial phone contact. At our firm, we believe in compassion, creativity, and understanding. We're searching for an individual who shares our commitment to helping people find solace during their most challenging and trying times. Empathy and great listening skills are key. If you're a seasoned sales professional driven by a passion for success, an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, and a desire to bring light to those in need, then we invite you to embrace this extraordinary opportunity with our firm. Let your expertise shine and join us on this rewarding sales journey. This position is In-Office. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track leads and potential clients using the firm’s client relations management program
- Make sure clients are pleased with the legal services provided by the firm through post-engagement systems
- Participate in networking activities to acquire leads and clientele for the firm
- Nurture relationships with existing and past customers and other business associates
- Work with the marketing team and assist in executing different marketing strategies and activities
- Comply with the legal regulations, wherein the non-attorney salesperson must not provide legal advice or enter into any legal service agreements. Contracts with legal services must be authorized and signed
- A record of regular achievement
- Interpersonal abilities to quickly establish relationships
- Knowledge of computers and other technologies
- Proficiency in arranging, managing, and carrying out tasks independently
- Competency with Microsoft Office programs, sales approaches, and customer contact management software
- Perception to recognize potential sale conversions
