Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Keep our dishes, glassware, and cookware clean, sanitized, and stocked so the kitchen and front of house never run short during service.
- Run and take care of the dish machine — including breaking it down and giving it a proper cleaning at the end of the night.
- Pitch in on keeping the place clean and safe: trash and boxes out, floors swept and mopped, and a hand wherever the closing crew needs one.
Skills
- You move quick and stay organized when things get busy — the dish pit is the heartbeat of a smooth service and you keep it running.
- Reliable, on time, and happy to jump in wherever the team needs you.
- Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs, with real pride in a clean, well-run kitchen.
