The Role

As the dedicated Account Manager for Tesla, you will be the central point of contact between the customer and internal teams. Success in this role requires quick thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the Tesla account, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment

• Collaborating closely with engineering, commercial, and program teams to meet Tesla's expectations

• Regular travel to customer locations in North America, including sites in Mexico

• Based in Troy with flexibility for occasional remote work and travel as needed
