Concrete Project Manager
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Salary: $90k-$130k
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee and manage concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Assist in the estimation process for new projects and provide input on project bids.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the concrete industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing concrete projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Experience with estimating, flatwork, public works, industrial, structural, and commercial projects is a plus.
