Description:

• We are looking for Sanitation for our 12hour shift (6am - 6pm) , 3 days on and 2 days off alternating each week and 3 days weekend every other week! Epi Breads is a wholesale bread manufacturer. Join our dedicated team members and learn the art of making BREAD! Essential Functions:
• Reporting to work on time for every assigned shift.
• Able to work in a team environment and assist in other work related areas as requested.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, storage, use, measurement of concentrations.
• Knowledge of SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).
• Knowledge on the proper steps involved in cleaning and sanitation.
• Proven interaction and leadership with chemical suppliers.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used for effective cleaning and sanitation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Proficient with computers and knowledge of word, excel and constructing basic spreadsheets and charts.
• Able to perform basic and complex mathematical calculations.

Hourly wage rate: The starting rate is $16 per hour depending on skill level and physical demands. Work Environment: We are critical infrastructure and during the COVID 19 National Emergency, we require everyone to wear masks at the plant, constantly keep hands clean, apply social distancing and perform COVID 19 testing as needed. Good attendance is very important to us; we need our Team Members to be at work when they are scheduled Epi Breads was created in 1985 to provide custom bread creations to Regional and National growing restaurant chains.
