IT Project Coordinator with Change Management

Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
Assisting in integrating change management principles from the start of the project.
Collaborating with stakeholder engagement teams to develop communication plans,
facilitate training sessions, and monitor organizational readiness.
Supporting stakeholders at all levels to reduce resistance, align expectations, and ensure
successful long-term user adoption of new systems and processes
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
Proven ability to assist in coordinating large, cross-functional teams and supporting high-visibility projects with medium to high risk.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with experience working alongside Agency Leadership.
Ability to contribute to both technical delivery and change management efforts within complex environments.
Experience supporting vendor-managed projects with integrated technical components and a variety of stakeholder groups.
