Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Oversee the diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with production management to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment, electrical systems, automation, and maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM).
• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including staff development and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to apply root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques to enhance asset reliability.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
• Proficiency with specific enterprise CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) beyond basic user functionality
• PLC programming or HMI development experience
